You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed, provided that wagering requirements have been met.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are supported for making deposits on tp553: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Please use the correct reference and account details — providing incorrect information may cause delays in processing the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳10,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited. The original deposited funds will not be affected.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus is eligible to be claimed once only, not multiple times.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• tp553 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.2 Bet Cancellation

If a bet cannot be processed due to a technical error, data feed issue, or any other reason, it will be automatically cancelled and the stake will be refunded. 6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are available for cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet will be considered final. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and regular participation. Cashback is paid on a set day each week and its own wagering requirements apply. tp553 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play games.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or defraud the system.
• Stealing another user's information or using a fraudulent identity.
• Any form of fraud or collusion.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
